How We Teach
“Who dares to teach must never cease to learn.”
John Cotton Dana
Honesty, integrity, humility, perseverance, self-control, and the indomitable spirit that doesn't give up—we teach these values by example in every class we give.
We treat students as individuals, and we help students progress at their own rate. We don't have three or four month fixed testing schedules—students can join at any time, and students test for their next belt the month they're ready.
We treat the martial arts seriously—all classes, from Little Dragons up, learn techniques and skills appropriate for their rank.
We know that everyone is different, and there's no cookie-cutter program that works for everyone.
We try to have fun.
